Heather Kilcrease is an entrepreneur, a researcher, a marketing strategist, a speaker, writer and communication specialist, focusing on Social Media and the power of the connections/message. She is the Founder/President of Social Notice, a consulting firm that helps businesses and organizations create online communities surrounding their audience, adding value to the conversation and reinforcing the brand, mission and reputation they envisioned for themselves by engaging their customers.

She is an expert in Social Media tools, techniques and platforms, and leverages traditional media, new media, Web2.0, engagement, informational and 'word of mouth' marketing strategies. She has written “Social Media in 2010 - the value explained’ the definitive white paper for the current trends in Social Media.

In addition to Social Notice, Heather helps nonprofits by helping them promote and expand the reach and impact of the their target audience. She has a background in recruiting, sales and business development with Sapphire Technologies in the Research Triangle Park.

Heather holds a degree in Media Arts: Recording Engineering from Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL.
