I'm a slasher myself, though through coaching, I'm able to pursue different types of jobs and small ventures so I can pretty much just call myself a coach :) I read a book by Barbara Sher years ago called "Refuse to Choose"--her word for slashers is "scanners"-and uses some of the same examples of slashers like Leonardo DiVinci, Benjamin Franklin, etc. The book was a huge relief to me--that it was okay that I had lots of interests, and I didn't have to become an expert in any of them if I didn't want to.
