Sparrw (http://sparrw.com/) which does continuous automatic
backup of tweets (but only posts, doesn&#039;t back up friends
or settings), kind of like TweetBackup.

The difference is that besides downloading the backup you
can set up mail delivery (e.g. once a month) so you don&#039;t
have to manually visit the site to download the backup
(but you can if you wish).

There&#039;s also an summary RSS feed option so your tweet
summaries can e.g. be integrated with your blog, etc.</description>
