As a business woman, I often use conference call services to communicate with clients, team mates, and to conduct technology focused Webinars.  There are a wide variety of conference call companies that allowed me to set up conference calls for free but they all offered limited control over the call and participants.

The next time you need to organize a conference call, try the new service from Calliflower, which offers a wide variety of tools for managing your calls and participants without any additional costs.

Conference call Service LogoAll of the call management happens over a web interface.  To organize a call, book a meeting, select a time, choose a subject and invite participants to join. People can call in using a regular phone or via Skype.

Here are all of the great features that Calliflower service offers for free:

  1. Calendar Integration - which allows you to manage call invitations & RSVPs.
  2. Send Invitations & reminders via email or SMS
  3. Caller ID - which allows you to see names, pictures and caller status in real time as everyone joins the call.
  4. Lecture Mode - Mute all participants and use “raise hand” coupled with the interactive chat to conduct smooth and interactive lecture-type conferences.
  5. Call Control - Web interface gives moderators a single comprehensive view for managing recordings and individual or group callers and lets all callers access controls
  6. Interactive Chat - Allows you to engage in group chats before, after and during calls to share information without interrupting the conversation.
  7. MP3 recordings - Record calls from the web interface or phone.
