twiddla.gifI often times work from wherever I happen to be and the Webgrrls team is spread out across the globe. We always look for team collaboration tools that allow us to conduct more productive meetings. One of the tools that I have been investigating and experimenting with is Twiddla, a free online collaboration website.

You can test the service as a guest or you can create an account.  To start your meeting, create an account and invite people to “attend your meeting”.

With Twiddla, you can pull up a website, graphic, or photo and start drawing on the “whiteboard”. It allows you to draw lines, shapes, text boxes, upload media, and load URLs.

Another awesome feature is the real time “voice chat”. As long as you have a microphone on your computer, you can discuss your issues and draw on your whiteboard at the same time.

Best of all, there are no plug-ins, downloads, or firewall requirements to use the software!

Try it out and let us know what you think!
