Save time with text replacement software
Almost everyone I know is always looking for ways to “save time”. A great time saver that I use is search replacement software. This software allows you to create shortcut strings and associate them with blocks of text. It is perfect for signatures, addresses, salutations and any repetitive text.
If you use a Windows operating system, download Texter (Lifehacker gives a great orientation of how to use the software). Â For all the Mac users, I would recommend TextExpander.
Both of these software work in a similar fashion and will save you from typing a lot of keystrokes in the course of the day.
