What are you doing to promote creativity at your company?
In an article written by Inc, Nearly 40 Percent of Employees Say Companies Are Not Creative and one in five U.S. workers also say they would take less money to work at a more creative company.
Before Webgrrls went virtual, we used to have “Beer and Brainstorming” session every week. A lot of great ideas were born at those meetings and we all had fun coming up with them especially after a couple of beers
